he digital transition and the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) are essential pil-lars for the digitization of Public Administration (PA) and the development of digital public services. The digitization of processes allows for a more efficient Public Administration that serves citizens and businesses and makes municipalities owners of interventions that benefit communities, citizens, and territories. The goal of the public administration is to promote investments in integrated digital technologies, infrastructures, and processes, also in collaboration with the private sector, to foster the country's growth and sustainable territorial development. This paper intends to dwell on the digital innovation of Public Administration understood as technological evolution in IT and strategic marketing according to the axes declined at the European level and implemented by the NRRP. The focus was placed on the first mission of the NRRP, and in-dicators were chosen for each of the axes around which the main reform interventions revolve. The data were analysed at the regional level using a multivariate statistical methodology (Totally Fuzzy and Relative method) with the aim of assessing the level of digitization of the regions and evaluating how much the NRRP can impact for future territorial development.

Abstract
he digital transition and the Italian National Recovery and Resilience Plan (NRRP) are essential pil-lars for the digitization of Public Administration (PA) and the development of digital public services. The data were analysed at the regional level using a multivariate statistical methodology (Totally Fuzzy and Relative method) with the aim of assessing the level of digitization of the regions and evaluating how much the NRRP can impact for future territorial development.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
