In this analysis we intend to highlight how the use of innovative juridical and economics institutes, such as public procurement of innovation, European innovation partnerships, etc. and the management tools, such as logistics, territorial marketing, sustainable tourism, etc., also in the agri-food sector, is crucial to ensure an "cleaner agriculture". Correct and synergic application of these institutes and tools tends to reverberate throughout the territory both in terms of creating sustainable territorial-logistics-chains, in order to provide the market with increasingly organic, eco-sustainable and safe food products for health and wellness of living beings, which in terms of territorial and tourism development of internal areas. The example of “FILO - European Innovation Partnership”, a business network created, in collaboration with the University, for the management of an Operational Group financed by the Umbria Region in the context of measure 16.1 PSR 2014-2020, will be shown and commented on, aimed at financing innovation in logistics and in the organization of agri-food-chains. The aim of the project is to bring a high level of technological, methodological and organizational innovation to the companies involved in the sector agri-food sector and the supply-chain, through the implementation of replicable models, for example on the Agromed project of Castellaneta (TA) or Agromed Distripark Taranto. Improving agri-food logistics also means having fewer means of regulating rubber, therefore a reduction of polluting emissions into the atmosphere. The results of the FILO project will see the companies in the agri-food-chain as beneficiaries who will enjoy, through the application of several innovative models, an improvement in terms of cost reduction, logistical and organizational efficiency, and therefore an improvement in profitability; the same benefits will be enjoyed by all other companies, even if not involved in the project, such as tourism companies, as they will be able to replicate the model, giving life to a healthy agri-food production, promoting sustainable tourism throughout the territory.

The results of the FILO project will see the companies in the agri-food-chain as beneficiaries who will enjoy, through the application of several innovative models, an improvement in terms of cost reduction, logistical and organizational efficiency, and therefore an improvement in profitability; the same benefits will be enjoyed by all other companies, even if not involved in the project, such as tourism companies, as they will be able to replicate the model, giving life to a healthy agri-food production, promoting sustainable tourism throughout the territory.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
