Airports are becoming increasingly important for business. More and more services are offered to travellers, and airport areas increasingly resemble shop windows and commercial galleries. Who starts a commercial activity in an airport has to know how to orient himself, but also the handler has the same need. It is interest of both to verify which services actually affect the traveller at the airport. This paper aims to offer insights on this subject, on the basis of an extensive survey conducted in 2016 in the two Apulian airports of Bari and Brindisi.

Abstract
Airports are becoming increasingly important for business. More and more services are offered to travellers, and airport areas increasingly resemble shop windows and commercial galleries. Who starts a commercial activity in an airport has to know how to orient himself, but also the handler has the same need. It is interest of both to verify which services actually affect the traveller at the airport. This paper aims to offer insights on this subject, on the basis of an extensive survey conducted in 2016 in the two Apulian airports of Bari and Brindisi.File in questo prodotto:
