This work is based on archaeological, anthropological and paleopathological data from a sample of skeletons found in the central area of Apulia from the Early Neolithic to the Late-Final and it gives a reconstructive framework of the ancient community modus vivendi such as farmers and temporal trend of nutritional status, work conditions and territorial mobility.
