Quality of life and work: the workplace accidents in Apulia The job satisfaction of individuals requires the estimation of working conditions and, especially, the risks to which a worker is exposed. However, these conditions give no evidence of the negative impact that the work, understood as synonymous with full employment, in the last fifty years has resulted in health (for workers and the population), environmental and social balance of urban systems, on entire community. According to this framework, the present contribution aims at investigating how Italy has evolved into the dynamics of workplace accidents. This choice derives from the need to highlight how policies that maximize the creation of job opportunities have consequences on the quality of life related to work safety.
