The rationalization of the Health System, as efficiency and efficacy, is an important problem for citizen and planners. In particular, the purpose of last ones is to allow an easy and quick access to medical hospital services, included those of maximum specialization, giving to the users the possibility to reach the structures in a reasonable time. This is very diffucult for thr lack of the adeguate informative supports able to give up-to-date information, fundamental basis to an affective plan. From this, the idea of a GIS that manages hospital data and aggregates them at the different spatial scales. This work deals about Apulia, region that is following interesting routes of reorganization in the light of the new needs of national health rearrangement.
