The present note illustrates the results of a made investigation on 5 Apulian fish-farming. In each of them the consumption of specific electric energy has been valued, diversifying each result in relation to the operative phases (oxygenation, water demand, management) and to the different fish-farming departments: fri-section, pre-fattening, fattening. The analysis carried out in comparing measured data, shows that the optimizated management of the installations, the integration of the different techniques of fish-farming, so also the elevated basins density setting up, minimize the energetic consumption and the costs of production. In particular the sea fish-farming requires power engagements that correspond to 0,5 - 1% of those relative to the other techniques of production. By means of the obtained results, through an analysis of environmental impact and planning of territory, the places where is possible to develop the fish-farming have been defined, accentuating the necessity of a proper approach to the design in this sector.
