Listening is at the centre of a profound transformation driven by digital technologies that offer new opportunities to enhance the listening experience and promote new transversal skills. This paper explores how emerging digital technologies can foster the integration of sound practices in educational processes focusing on interactivity, immersion and personalisation. Through the integration of sound, movement and sensory feedback with digital tools, it is possible to amplify embodied learning: in fact, Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) allow rethinking the relationship between body, sound and space, enhancing engagement and knowledge and skills acquisition processes. Although new forms of accessibility and personalisation exist, some significant challenges remain, such as sensory overload, unequal access to technologies and ethical issues related to data collection
L’ascolto è al centro di una profonda trasformazione guidata dalle tecnologie digitali che offrono nuove opportunità per potenziare l’esperienza sonora e promuovere nuove competenze trasversali. Il presente contributo esplora come le tecnologie digitali emergenti possano favorire l’integrazione di pratiche sonore nei processi educativi ponendo il focus su interattività, immersione e personalizzazione. Attraverso l’integrazione di suono, movimento e feedback sensoriali con strumenti digitali è possibile amplificare l’apprendimento embodied: infatti, Realtà Virtuale (RV), Realtà Aumentata (RA) e Intelligenza Artificiale (IA) consentono di ripensare la relazione tra corpo, suono e spazio, migliorando l’engagement e i processi di acquisizione di conoscenze e competenze. Nonostante nuove forme di accessibilità e personalizzazione, permangono sfide significative, come il sovraccarico sensoriale, l’accesso ineguale alle tecnologie e le questioni etiche legate alla raccolta dei dati.
