M.U.S.I.C.A. (Monitoraggio Urbano attraverso Soluzioni Innovative per Città Agili) is a project developed as part of a wide strategy that the city of Bari has already undertaken in Smart City scope, to govern economic and social processes and to guide both «strategical» and «operational» choices. In this poster, we introduce a new version of the project that includes a new paradigm based on a recommendation system for Smart Urban Management to reduce the dispersion of financial resources and increase the citizens' satisfaction.
