The authors regret < to inform that due to a cut-and-paste misprint, the measure unit “mg 100g−1” reported for some compounds in the results par. 2.1. (Contents of sugars and other nutrients) were inconsistent with that in Table 1 (though value ranges were correct). The correct measure unit is mg g−1 as reported in Table 1 and specified in the Materials and Methods at par. 4.2. Therefore, in the sentences a)… … glucose, sucrose and fructose (91–137; 10–40; 25–31 mg 100g−1). b)… …galactose (0.9–6.9; 1.7–5.4; 0.1–0.4 mg 100g−1). b)… … lactic acids that were below 0.1 mg 100g−1.
