This research aims to explore the nature of theatre, beginning with the question about what the theatre is to define its character as a living entity. Adopting a phenomenological approach, the study examines the close connection between Husserl's theoretical framework and Jerzy Grotowski's revolutionary contributions to theatre and how it reveals its educational value within the pedagogical practice.
