The primary objective of this research is to measure the impact of a training (Through the Glass Training) based on the Manifesto Theatre by Pier Paolo Pasolini (1968). 237 participants were involved (randomly divided into two experimental groups and a control group) during the empirical phase. Here are presented the results of the Repeated Measures ANOVA on the factor Expertise which brings together three outcomes regarding the ability to apply knowledge, skills, and methodologies of performative languages fostering the daily life coping strategy and promoting transformation.

Abstract
