In this short paper I try to deal with the importance of cultural goods whether in global culture or in local culture, with particular attention to cultural goods of religious interest. They are in a singular juridical condition because are present in the civil and ecclesiastic legal system, so both of them are committed to their preservation. After a quick analysis I realize that, to make it possible, it is important to create a deep relationship between these laws, involving civil "articulations" too, as Regions. To demonstrate this concept I talk about some titles of Italian Constitution and some laws that give the power to Regions in the matter of cultural goods of religious interest, not omitting the bounds of law to regional jurisdiction and also financial aspects connected to regional legislation.
