The significant increase in the number of migrant adolescents reaching the Italian territory is an increasingly critical issue. One of the first needs to be tackled is the social integration of adolescents migrated, which starts from the understanding of the language to an adequate communication. The adoption of mobile learning has facilitated language instruction by providing accessible tools for interaction and translation to all individuals. To this end, the research aimed to design and develop a Language Learning Mobile App that, leveraging serious gaming tools and gamification approaches, simplified the educational method for utilizing the Italian lexical corpus. This was achieved by captivating the interest of young learners through the integration of straightforward and engaging games. Play4Health facilitates the development of language skills and pragmatic listening and reading abilities within a familial context for migrant adolescents, utilizing activities such as football. The primary objective is to foster cultural integration and encourage communication with healthcare and social service professionals. The trial yielded satisfactory outcomes.
