Work organizations are expressions of a conflicting sociality. Practicing some educational values becomes, for a professional who works there, is a way to draw formative meaning from one’s work. Care, acceptance and responsibility become the regulating principles of meaningful pro- fessional action, which through relationships, contribute to making work an edifying activity for man, for his spiritual elevation. The narration of some professional experiences and the reflection and practice of some educational values transform professionalism into an original moment of self-training.

Abstract

Work organizations are expressions of a conflicting sociality. Practicing some educational values becomes, for a professional who works there, is a way to draw formative meaning from one’s work.
