The aim of our study was to evaluate the effectiveness of interventional treatment of second-degree muscle lesions associated with intramuscular hematoma with ultrasound guided aspiration, and PRP infiltration VS injectable type 1 collagen lysate extracts VS sequential treatment with both. Although they are preliminary data on a small number of patients and with relative heterogeneity of the therapeutic treatments, we can conclude that treatment using interventional physiatry procedures associated with regenerative medicine is promising for the management of muscle injuries associated with hematomas, as it significantly accelerate their healing. Ensuring the formation of a scarcely fibrous and non-retracting scar and favouring the functional recovery of the affected limb. For extremely large lesions (>10 cm), PRP appears to be more effective than injectable collagen.

Abstract
For extremely large lesions (>10 cm), PRP appears to be more effective than injectable collagen.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
