The work analyzes the correlation between sport and globalization, deepening the importance and distribution of sports in the world and the different historical, cultural and identity influences that have allowed their spread both at an organizational and practical level, determining their current status. The analysis and processing of the data has also led the creation of original maps that highlight the global diffusion of sports in the individual areas and the influences that have determined their current spatialization.
