Message from the Program Chairs

Welcome to the Proceedings of the Second IEEE International Conference on Humanized Computing and Communication with Artificial Intelligence (HCCAI 2020). This edition of the conference was supposed to take place at Irvine, California, USA, but unfortunately, due to the pandemic, it will be fully virtual. Such edition of the conference is co-located with the 3rd IEEE International Conference on Artificial Intelligence for Industries (IEEE AI4I 2020) and with the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Transdisciplinary AI (TransAI 2020). This conference builds upon the success of the last-year edition of HCCAI as an international forum for academia and industries to exchange visions and ideas in the state of the art and practice of HCCAI, as well as to identify the emerging topics and define the future of HCCAI.
