In order to fully understand the tourism sector today, it is extremely important to analyze the relationship between enterprise and the territory and in this perspective sustainability is a very important determinant as the whole tourism sector is increasingly using policies related to the green economy. Thus local resources will become true sources of competitive advantage by differentiating the offer; the more they will be authentic, the more they will become instruments of differentiation, especially if they are linked to the culture and traditions of a territory. Masseria Amastuola is the empirical case, a classic example of Apulian country house, located in the countryside of Crispiano (Ta). It is an infrastructure for the enhancement of the territory oriented to sustainable development, which creates a unique model of harmony between agricultural production and landscape aesthetics, which is one of the first cases of agriculture designed as a garden in Italy.
