The characterization of runoff quality from impervious surfaces is assuming growing importance. One of the main problems in modeling stormwater pollution loads is the lack of water quality data and the large variability in the pollutant concentration data. After describing the field experiments conducted during the monitoring campaign, in this work a methodology to improve the stormwater quality evaluation in ungauged areas is presented. The work yields a procedure useful to predict pollutographs in ungauged sites. Abstract

In particular, it provides interesting information for designing efficient and sustainable drainage systems for runoff treatment.
