In a globalized market, companies are increasingly pushed to implement change projects aimed at creating new value added products and services. So they have to integrate their business processes in order to provide flexible processes and manage information concerning potential business needs, organizational context and human behavior. A decision support is required to manage on one hand all the possible organizational and functional features that the business process must satisfy, on the other hand all the actions needed to implement specific changes on the process in a flexible manner. We propose our decision-table based framework as the suitable solution to manage business knowledge and prevent, detect and support the fixing of anomalies that may compromise the flexible adaptation of the process.

Abstract
In a globalized market, companies are increasingly pushed to implement change projects aimed at creating new value added products and services. So they have to integrate their business processes in order to provide flexible processes and manage information concerning potential business needs, organizational context and human behavior. A decision support is required to manage on one hand all the possible organizational and functional features that the business process must satisfy, on the other hand all the actions needed to implement specific changes on the process in a flexible manner. We propose our decision-table based framework as the suitable solution to manage business knowledge and prevent, detect and support the fixing of anomalies that may compromise the flexible adaptation of the process.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
