In the last years in the industrial world it has grown the awareness that the use of pesticides cannot be the only answer to the problem of the phytosanitary defence of the cultivations. In addition, the increased interest of the public opinion towards the reduction of the organic pesticides employed in the food processes, and the impossibility to use some chemical pesticides have given impetus to search alternatives in defence of the cultivations. The aim of this note is to characterize possible instruments of biological control in order to replace the chemical treatments based on the methyl bromide.

Abstract
In the last years in the industrial world it has grown the awareness that the use of pesticides cannot be the only answer to the problem of the phytosanitary defence of the cultivations. In addition, the increased interest of the public opinion towards the reduction of the organic pesticides employed in the food processes, and the impossibility to use some chemical pesticides have given impetus to search alternatives in defence of the cultivations. The aim of this note is to characterize possible instruments of biological control in order to replace the chemical treatments based on the methyl bromide.File in questo prodotto:
