It is enriched by several and very useful indexes: beside a general and thematical index, we can find indexes of classical authors, papyri, inscriptions and manuscripts, ancient and modern names, and geographical names. All the issues which are discussed in the book have been updated with more recent bibliography, in the Supplemento bibliografico (pp. 305-330).
