In this work have been analyzed the most important both demographic and sociological events and phenomenons which “transformed” the family. This analysis aims consider the family as a resource in the family planning. Actually, it gives information on new requirements and demands of the “family’s projects” and it will point out the family role as “ object-subject” of the social politics. Family is infact at the same time both a potential user and a conditioning factor of the social politics. Therefore, the presence of the family in the planning process proves to be the winning factor which could encourage the planning made by politics to respond in the best way to the real family needs.
