This paper, through a reflection on judicial syllogism and the evidentiary value of documents drafted with AI tools, focuses on domestic and European legislative interventions, with reference to the relationship between Artificial Intelligence and human rights, with a focus on Law 135/2025 regarding the governance of AI systems in judicial activity.
Il presente contributo attraverso una riflessione sul sillogismo giudiziario e sul valore probatorio dei documenti redatti con strumenti di IA, si sofferma sugli interventi legislativi interni ed europei con particolare riferimento al rapporto tra Intelligenza artificiale e diritti umani con un focus sulla L. 135/2025, in tema di governance dei sistemi di IA nell’attività giudiziaria.
