Employment challenges for the new generations: new technologies, education, and skills

This paper analyses how technological and digital transformation can affect both the content of education and training at all levels—by expanding the range of skills young people need in order to access and remain in the labour market—and the ways in which training is delivered. It also explores how these transformations may represent an important tool and opportunity to protect and promote the rights and interests of the most vulnerable individuals within employment relationships and the labour market
