This article examines child-to-parent violence (CPV) through a pedagogical lens, highlighting its nature as a relational and educational breakdown rather than a mere behavioural deviation. Drawing on international research and Italian pedagogical studies, the contribution interprets CPV as the manifestation of a fragile generative bond, shaped by incoherent educational practices, emotional dysregulation, and the erosion of adult authority. By integrating ecological, relational, and phenomenological perspectives, the analysis underscores the need for a systemic reading of family dynamics and community responsibility. Particular attention is given to the role of the pedagogist, who acts as mediator, educational counsellor, and coordinator of interprofessional networks, supporting parents in reconstructing normative and affective competences while guiding adolescents towards responsibility and emotional awareness. The study argues that CPV can become an opportunity for relational transformation, fostering renewed generativity, care, and justice within family and community contexts.
Il contributo analizza la violenza filio-genitoriale (CPV) da una prospettiva pedagogica, interpretandola non come semplice deviazione comportamentale ma come manifestazione di una frattura profonda nella relazione educativa. Integrando ricerche internazionali e studi pedagogici italiani, la CPV viene letta come esito di legami generativi fragili, caratterizzati da incoerenza educativa, difficoltà di regolazione emotiva e indebolimento dell’autorevolezza adulta. Attraverso un approccio ecologico, relazionale e fenomenologico, l’analisi evidenzia la necessità di una comprensione sistemica delle dinamiche familiari e del ruolo della comunità educante. Particolare attenzione è rivolta alla figura del pedagogista, che agisce come mediatore, consulente educativo e coordinatore della rete dei servizi, sostenendo i genitori nella ricostruzione della funzione generativa e accompagnando gli adolescenti verso responsabilità e consapevolezza emotiva. Il contributo argomenta infine che la CPV può diventare occasione di trasformazione relazionale e di rinnovata generatività familiare.
