Rimedi normativi all’inquinamento da plastica in mare

Europe has long implemented a counter strategy to limit plastic pollution at sea both by banning, among other measures, the production and consumption of certain single-use plastic products and by implementing the proper disposal and reuse of accidentally caught waste including fishing gear. The goal is still far from being achieved as is also found by the criticalities of transposition in the Italian scenario where the “Salvamare” law was also recently approved.
