This study examines the correlation between aging, health, mobility, and digital inclusion among Italians aged 65 and older, within the framework of the national programme “Ageing Well in an Ageing Society.” The objectives are to (1) evaluate the physical, functional, and digital autonomy of older adults; (2) identify territorial and social disparities affecting mobility and access to services; and (3) provide evidence to inform inclusive and age friendly transportation policies.
