The paper examines the array of powers granted to the authorities - both national and European - within the framework of the MICA regulation, delving into the coordination modalities and possible frictions that it may generate. The implications of this model for the addressees of the rules are discussed, as well as the systematic consequences that the MICA regulation may have on the architecture of the financial system.

Il contributo esamina l’assetto dei poteri attribuiti alle autorità – nazionali ed europee – nell’ambito del regolamento MICA, approfondendo in particolare le modalità di coordinamento e possibili frizioni. Vengono, quindi, discusse le implicazioni di tale modello per i destinatari delle regole nonché le conseguenze sistematiche che la disciplina recata dal MICAR potrà determinare sull’architettura di vertice dell’ordinamento finanziario
