Organizzazione dei partiti in parlamento e indirizzo politico nella rappresentazione televisiva

Tv productions are determined, but also contribute to set the cultural atmosphere of their times. This, inevitably, influences the way institutions works and their priorities. The paper focuses on the legal tale proposed by some of them. Particularly, some aspects are highlighted. These are the power balance inside the executive, the relations between Governments and parties and the way these last are influenced by rules and praxis of the Houses. Thus, the tale is compared whit reality. On one hand, the matching helps to analyse the legal institutions and their evolutions. On the other hand, Tv productions made some choices, providing greater emphasis on some of them and on some behaviours of institutional actors. Evidencing these selections helps to show which kind of institutional framework is provided, in the collective, by the Tv productions.
