The paper analyzes the types of contracts (temporary employment and an assignment of work for another employer) through which the company makes use of benefits of employments without assuming directly the employee, analyzing the legal limits and penalties for violation.It is also analyzed,in close correlation, the special governing procurement characterized by the provision of intensive labour.

Abstract
