This article wants to develop the problem of the “new humanism” from a perspective of epochal transition, of a dramatic rupture of paradigms, putting the focus on a political-cultural and educational horizon. Clarifying that when talking about concepts such as humanism, post-humanism and dehumanization, it is always necessary to take into account either the techno-anthropological nuance or the ethical-political one, the idea of a planetary human being is introduced – through the use of the thought of Ernesto Balducci – that as an “homo absconditus” he can reach a new identity, a new cosmic consciousness through the awareness of an interdependence between human beings and the biosphere in their mutual relationship.

Abstract
This article wants to develop the problem of the “new humanism” from a perspective of epochal transition, of a dramatic rupture of paradigms, putting the focus on a political-cultural and educational horizon. Clarifying that when talking about concepts such as humanism, post-humanism and dehumanization, it is always necessary to take into account either the techno-anthropological nuance or the ethical-political one, the idea of a planetary human being is introduced – through the use of the thought of Ernesto Balducci – that as an “homo absconditus” he can reach a new identity, a new cosmic consciousness through the awareness of an interdependence between human beings and the biosphere in their mutual relationship.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
