La condizione di estranéité e la scrittura migrante: per un'analisi comparata della scrittura quebecchese contemporanea. ​

Starting from the observation of the North American comparatist Charles Bernheimer, we propose to develop a conceptual framework for the analysis of contemporary Québécois writing, now populated by so­called “migrant” writers, belonging to different nations, coming from diverse cultures, and sharing bilingualism or even trilingualism. All these migrant authors, through their geopolitical choices, are Francophone writers who practice the ambitious interface of fictional/theoretical writing. In light of the latest trends and perspectives in comparative literature, literature, in this article we attempt to question the notion of estranéité, linked both to its constitution and its various reformulations. We pay attention to the unusual interpretations of such writing, defined as marginal or subaltern, for a corpus that is undoubtedly original and challenges various “conventional” approaches. We are interested in forms of marginality, ambiguity, binary rejection strategies, thus attempting to extract some concepts from postcolonial theories, along with others borrowed from “cultural studies”.
