Il contenuto dei diritti e degli obblighi dei beneficiari di protezione internazionale nel regolamento qualifiche

This paper deals with the content of the rights and obligations of beneficiaries of international protection under Regulation (EU) 2024/1347. Starting from the effects of refugee status and subsidiary protection status on the rights and obligations of beneficiaries, the paper aims to assess whether the new Regulation implements the principle of equal treatment in the content of international protection, in order to prevent, among other things, secondary movements. To this end, the impact of the new Regulation on the rights related to the integration of beneficiaries of international protection will be evaluated.
