An analysis of Heidegger's reception in Italy cannot fail to consider the aspect of translation into Italian of his works. The article, rather than reconstructing the history and characters of translation models, aims to consider from a theoretical rather than technical-philological point of view the meaning and value of the most recent Italian translation experiences. Purpose of the article is to show that translations are probably the most important form of the reception of Heidegger's thought.
