Il bilanciamento “in potenza”: la sent. n. 105 del 2024 e la faticosa realizzazione della tutela ambientale

This contribution builds upon the presentation delivered at the conference “Founded on the Environment: Balancing after the Constitutional Reform”, held on February 12 at the Casa de Cervantes Library, within the Royal College of Spain in Bologna. The event marked the first of three meetings planned within the framework of the PRIN PNRR 2022 project entitled “Founded on the Environment: a New Constitutional Pact and Its Implementation”, in which the author is involved as Associated Principal Investigator for the Research Unit of the University of Bari “Aldo Moro”. Among the project’s key participants are Professor Andrea Morrone (Principal Investigator) and Professor Anna Papa, coordinator of the Research Unit based at the University of Naples “Parthenope”.

Il testo riproduce l’intervento al Convegno “Fondata sull’ambiente: il bilanciamento dopo la revisione costituzionale”, tenutosi il 12 febbraio scorso presso la Biblioteca Casa de Cervantes del Reale Collegio di Spagna, a Bologna. L’iniziativa ha rappresentato il primo dei tre appuntamenti previsti nell’ambito del PRIN PNRR 2022 “Founded on the environment: a new constitutional pact and its implementation”, al quale chi scrive partecipa in qualità di Associated Principal Investigator per l’Unità di ricerca dell’Università degli Studi di Bari “Aldo Moro”. Il progetto coinvolge, tra gli altri, il prof. Andrea Morrone (Principal Investigator) e la prof.ssa Anna Papa, responsabile dell’Unità afferente all’Università degli Studi di Napoli “Parthenope”.
