This paper explores how technological and digital transformation can influence both the content of training (across all levels), broadening the range of skills that young people must acquire to enter and remain in the labour market, and the methods of delivery of training. It examines how these transformations can become a powerful tool—and, consequently, an opportunity—to support and uphold the rights and interests of the most vulnerable individuals within the employment relationship and the labour market.
