The concept of resilience has aroused a great interest within pedagogical reflection. After the pandemic experience, resilience has become a social imperative that has prompted the Italian government to introduce investments and reforms for economic and social recovery, including a wide range of initiatives to tackle social exclusion and inequality. From a pedagogical point of view, resilience is not only an individual response to obstacles but a contextual quality that can be cultivated through school cultures aimed at preventing educational poverty and dispersion, by building equitable and inclusive learning environments, capable of supporting the well-being and success of all.
Il concetto di resilienza ha suscitato un vivo interesse all’interno della riflessione pedagogica. Dopo l’esperienza pandemica, la resilienza è divenuta un imperativo sociale, tanto da spingere il governo italiano a introdurre investimenti e riforme per la ripresa economica e sociale, prevedendo molteplici iniziative volte contrastare esclusione sociale e disuguaglianze. Dal punto di vista pedagogico, la resilienza non è solo una risposta individuale agli ostacoli, ma una qualità contestuale che può essere coltivata attraverso culture scolastiche volte a prevenire la povertà educativa e la dispersione, attraverso la costruzione di ambienti di apprendimento equi e inclusivi, capaci di supportare il benessere e il successo di tutti.
