Una lettura territoriale delle dotazioni di personale dei comuni italiani

This work is dedicated to the analysis of the quantitative and qualitative availability of personnel in medium-large Italian municipalities. It confirms a general lower availability of personnel in the Administrations of the mainland South, but with notable differences from case to case. The situation in Sicily is different, with critical issues in the quality of personnel. Territorial differences have grown considerably in the 2010s. This situation makes it difficult to pro- vide services to citizens and implement the huge investments envisaged by the PNRR, especially in some specifically identified cases.
