The contribution follows the survey conducted on the ancient fond of the Gennaro Maria Monti Library in Department of Law in the University of Bari, in order to identify the membranaceous fragments for reuse present in the same Library and to return the results. The first object is to find and describe the main profiles of the "Reuse" of parchments, a phenomenon widespread throughout Europe between the fifteenth and seventeenth centuries. Subsequently are illustrated the testimonies of that phenomenon present in the Monti Library. Particular attention is paid to one particular example: the one offered by an edition of the Decretum Gratiani of 1477 in which are preserved two authentic documents of Pope Sixtus IV (two litterae apostolicae). The history ofthis edition in particular is briefly traced by inserting it in the broader context of the editorial history of the Decretum. The contribution ends with relative reflections on the two litterae and their transcription.

Abstract
The contribution ends with relative reflections on the two litterae and their transcription.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
