This short essay aims to introduce a current issue in the area of economic incentive policies in favor of enterprises in the tourism-environmental field through the enhancement of cultural enterprises. This is a first approach to a “work in progress policy”, full of new elements, albeit within the framework of consolidated legislation that refers to a double objective: to maintain strict control of the discipline of State aid and to promote development of the economy through an innovative approach that favors businesses in a field that is particularly “sensitive” to territorial, environmental, social and economic development.
