A 56-year-old male florist presented with chronic hand eczema andonychodystrophy. His family history was positive for atopic dermatitisand psoriasis. He has cared for plants from a young age and beganworking as a florist at the age of 20. He noted a worsening of hiseczema after handling latex-producing plants, particularly followingcontact with latex from cut or damaged leaves and stems of plantsidentified by the patient as a poinsettia (Euphorbia pulcherrima) or amandevilla (Mandevilla sanderi).
