Abstract
The matter of territorial modifications in the United Kingdom concerns the local government. The normative context describes a system in which a territorial modification doesn’t mean necessarily local boundaries’ changes; it means essentially the district’s abolition within the county area’s boundaries which don’t result moved. It’s an aggregative phenomenon which begins from a structural review of the local government system and overproduces internal administrative and electoral reviews: this is the case of the recent unitary authorities’ institution.File in questo prodotto:
