The illegal recruitment is a complex phenomenon, characterized by illegal forms of brokering, recruiting and organizing labor, outside the regular employment channels, in violation of working time regulations, minimum wages, social security contributions, health and safety at work, as well as degrading living conditions imposed on workers, taking advantage of their state of vulnerability or need, With this essay we have set out to study some regional and municipal policies able to fight the phenomenon in order to ensure the inclusion of migrants in the Mediterranean.
