A system for acquiring microscopic plenoptic images with attenuation of turbulence by means of a microscope comprises, in combination: a sample (S), the image of which should be obtained, which is able to be treated as a source of chaotic light, whose emission has an intensity profile F(ps),withpsplanar coordinate on the sample plane; a beam separator (BS); two sensors or detectors (Da and Db), configured to perform the spatial/directi onal and directional/spatial detection, respectively, in which the planar coordinate on the detector planes is respectively indicated with pa and pb; an objective lens (0), having focal length fo and pupil function Po(p0),with po planar coordinate on the plane of the lens; a second lens (T), having focal length fT and pupil function PT(pT), with pT planar coordinate on the plane of the lens; wherein said second lens (T) is arranged in the optical path (a/b) of the beam transmitted/reflected by the beam separator (BS).

Abstract
A system for acquiring microscopic plenoptic images with attenuation of turbulence by means of a microscope comprises, in combination: a sample (S), the image of which should be obtained, which is able to be treated as a source of chaotic light, whose emission has an intensity profile F(ps),withpsplanar coordinate on the sample plane; a beam separator (BS); two sensors or detectors (Da and Db), configured to perform the spatial/directi onal and directional/spatial detection, respectively, in which the planar coordinate on the detector planes is respectively indicated with pa and pb; an objective lens (0), having focal length fo and pupil function Po(p0),with po planar coordinate on the plane of the lens; a second lens (T), having focal length fT and pupil function PT(pT), with pT planar coordinate on the plane of the lens; wherein said second lens (T) is arranged in the optical path (a/b) of the beam transmitted/reflected by the beam separator (BS).I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
