Benessere sociale e lavoro. Prospettive pedagogiche per un welfare generativo

Social welfare today represents one of the primary goals of both politics and the humanities, which are committed to coping with the incessant emergence of new educational poverty. The current pedagogical scenario, in fact, invites us to reflectparticularly from the recent socioeconomic transformations that have highlighted, with increasing force, the importance of social innovation in the world of work, claiming the same as a category proper to the educational sciences.

Il benessere sociale rappresenta oggi uno degli obiettivi primari tanto della politica quanto delle scienze umane, impegnate a far fronte all’emergere incessante di nuove povertà educative. Lo scenario pedagogico attuale, infatti, ci invita a riflettere partendo proprio dalle recenti trasformazioni socioeconomiche che hanno evidenziato, con forza crescente, l’importanza dell’innovazione sociale nel mondo del lavoro, adducendo lo stesso come categoria propria delle scienze dell’educazione.
