Intergovernmental relations e attuazione dell’art. 116, comma 3, Cost. Considerazioni prospettiche sull’evoluzione delle forme di governo.

The article analyses the possible impact of the further autonomy clause on the vertical State-Regions relations and on the horizontal relations between Regions, from the point of view of the role played (so far and in perspective) by the State-Regions Conference and the Conference of the Regions. A special focus is dedicated to health matters, due to their paradigmatic value in the field of cooperation. Finally, considerations are drawn about the possible effects of the further autonomy clause on the Italian form of government, also considering the Meloni cabinet’s intention to pass the presidential reform.
