The paper, after having highlighted the potential of the Trans-Adriatic Pipeline in the perspective of the ecological transition and national energy security, proposes a reflection on the opportunity to bring it back into the exclusive competence of the State the 'energy governance’, also in light of the disputes between State, Region and local authorities regarding the construction of the TAP.
