The Integrated Organizational and Activity Plan has been introduced in 2021 with the aim of further orienting strategic performance planning towards public valueand simplifying the related requirements. The empirical analysis was carried out by a working group of the Italian Academy for Business Administration and the Italian Department of Public Administration, in collaboration with other key regulatory institutions. The research aim is to provide the Universities with methodological recommendations supporting the adoption of a systemic approach in implementing the Integrated Plan.
